We are delighted to announce our effervescent guest speaker Esther Stanhope will be back and bound to energised the room. Last time she entertained us with tips on being a brilliant public speaker from her book Glossophobia.

This year, celebrating the launch of her brand-new book, “Visibly Brilliant”, Esther will inspire us with real-life stories, strategies and tangible take aways on how to be visibly brilliant, not just technically brilliant, at your role for long-term success.

Many highly competent, technically gifted and talented people shy away from self-promotion and resent the idea of having to “sell themselves” or “play the game”. Often people avoid sharing or posting online, in fear of being “found out”, cut down or they simply don’t have the confidence to step outside their comfort zone.

Once an “invisibly brilliant” producer at the BBC working behind the scenes, our award winning author and personal impact practitioner Esther Stanhope transformed from invisible to VISIBLE and is also an international TEDx speaker.
