Rise & Shine: Networking Breakfast for Women in Business

Time & Leisure’s RISE networking breakfast 2026 was a sell out event and the positive vibes were through the roof at The Rose and Crown in Wimbledon Village.  Over 70 women in business kick-started their day, fuelled with positivity and energy and some delicious pastries from our favourite bakery in Putney.

Hosted by Lucy Kane, passionate about bringing women in business together to celebrate successes and help raise the consciousness. Lucy shared the opportunities RISE offers women including Q&A profiles in Time & Leisure magazine and regular live events. And the exciting new launch of RISE digital magazine, created especially for female leaders.

Our brilliant guest speaker Polly May, confidence and executive coach asked us all ‘What If?’ She gave the room tips, tricks and had the room in complete silence as we all connected with our success moments

Taryn Robertson shared the opportunities available for women in business on HSBC’s Women’s Business Growth Initiative. A host of events, programmes and support are available for everyone to join.

Senior Economist, Liz Martins shared insight into the financial markets in her jargon-free and informative style. Getting us up do date with positive news from the markets this year and what we can expect over the next six months.
